• Space and shell scheme - This is floor space with shell scheme fitted. Shell scheme includes walls, carpeting, power socket, lighting, furniture (table with two chairs), and fascia board with company name. (minimum size 9m²)
• Space only - This is floor space marked out to the dimensions required with no walls, floor covering, fittings or services. Exhibitors will need to appoint a contractor to design and build their stand and order their furniture and electrical requirements. (minimum size 18m2)

Prices exclude VAT @ 17.5%

Inclusive delegate passes: one free non-transferable delegate pass is included in the price of a stand for every 9m² booked. Exhibitors requiring additional delegate passes for bona fide company personnel may purchase them at £195.00 per person. Stand personnel are not required to register as delegates but are strongly encouraged to do so in order to gain maximum benefit from the event.

Delegate entitlement:

• Participation at the 2½ day conference and accompanying exhibition (4 – 5 November only)
• Admission to all networking receptions and social gatherings, tours and field trips
• Access to online enetworking tool prior to event  - communicate with your peers, colleagues and prospects
  to set-up those all important meetings ONLY at WaterfrontExpo 2008
• Use of Spotme hand held networking technology at the event – interact in real time to maximize your networking and appointment schedule
• Tea/coffee and lunches
• A delegate bag including a copy of the show guide
• Post-event access to the conference proceedings in digital format; course notes and any specially commissioned reports
• FREE OF CHARGE annual subscription to the WaterfrontExpo.com Portal which includes all the case studies & presentations from past WaterfrontExpo events, a growing range of third party case studies & presentations, waterfront news and much more

Summary of what is included:

All stand rental costs will include registration of stand personnel; complimentary admission to conference sessions and evening receptions for registered personnel; nominations for hosted delegate programme; visitor invitations; pre-show publicity; use of on-site pressroom; general security; stand cleaning and aisle cleaning.
